We made some critical mistakes.
We didnt have things planned as well as we thought.
We didnt have everyone show who was suppose to.

We just sucked
and it showed

Lost a lot of ships...
We got pwned... =/

It wasn't that bad. Yes, we ultimately failed to capture even the 1st planet that we tried to take. However, we podded a fair number of the Dark Realms lamers and also forced them to use up huge quantities of turns & funds in the defense of their planet. We also learned some valuable lessons on how to conduct such operations in the future.

As such, it may have turned out to be our version of the Battle of Little Bighorn. The bad guys won that engagement, but at a heavy loss and they ultimately lost the war in just a few months time. Learning lessons combined with superior numbers ultimately carries the day.

Let's go for it!

Ok I might want to ask if next time we preform an operation like the *cough* failed *cough cough* one yesterday... Could someone .. well not to make myself try to sound important, but be involved in the war council? Like I said on mIRC I 'm a good tactician when the mood strikes.. *looks at jewel and crector*

W@ell not only did we fail to capture the planet, but now we also have to deal with the hunters from DR. Dwelgar and I have both had encounters with a coupl of them. We got messages while docked at ports from one of them, telling us not to undock or we would be podded.
